“I first met Chris in 2001, when I contacted him to quote to install a split system in our home.
Firstly, Chris owned the business and personally came to our house to quote the job. He arrived on time and was immaculate in his presentation and appearance. He explained every detail of the job and also explained alternatives and why he preferred to proceed in certain ways. His quote was not the cheapest I obtained for the job.
Secondly, Chris explained how he would drain the water off, something no other installer had bothered about. He also gave us the choice of units but recommended one specific unit and gave valid reasons for his preference.
On the day of installation, 3 workers arrived on time and after some hours the unit was installed. Both my wife and I were impressed by the professionalism of his men and the cleanliness and attention to detail they showed during installation.
Since this time I have recommended T C Air & Electric to my mother, my mother-in-law and my daughter all have had units installed by Chris and all have been equally impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail.”
